Service Description
The design of eyebrows is carried out respecting their unique characteristics. The technician custom-mixing the dye to match the undertone of the client's hair and get you the right colour. The process takes around 30 minutes (though the dye might have to sit a little longer if you have coarse hair), and the results are instant. You can expect your tint to last 3-5 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand that if you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to offer that appointment time to other guests. A non-refundable deposit is required for booking Permanent Make-up Procedures( Nanoblading, Lips Revitalization) and Courses. The amount does not include 5% GST, which will be charged on the remaining amount charged on the day of the procedure. A non-refundable payment is required for booking all extra services such as Brow Lamination, Brows design and Lash lifting. The booking fees will be put towards the total cost of the procedure for Permanent makeup services. Booking will be approved after payment confirmation. No changes are allowed within 48 hours of the appointment. NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. This cancellation policy allows us to inform our standby guests of any availability and keep our team members' schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you, Lu Santiago
